Why does my Linux setup suddenly lose the internet connection?

I've been using Fedora for a while now and currently facing a problem with my internet connection due to something I'm not aware.

Did the issue occur after a Fedora update? Was a change made to the network outside your PC? Also: what is the issue? Can you begin a session and it then disconnects? If so, after how long? Can you not connect at all?
