I'm trying to identify an '80s or '90s sci-fi movie. All I remember are two scenes from this movie.
First scene: A woman is in a craft (might be a flying saucer) with many windows and witnesses people right outside the craft dying in agony while banging on the windows.
Second scene: A woman (possibly the same one) is talking to a man who says something along the lines of "It's happening again, get away from me." Something happens to him, maybe he's pulsing or phasing in and out or crackling electricity. Instead of listening to him, the woman grabs him with both arms and hugs desperately. I think they both disappear then.
