I'm looking at some AirBnB accommodations in Dili, Timor-Leste. There aren't that many. The few ones that mention their Internet typically say they have a Starlink dish. This makes me wonder: Is reliable and reasonably fast Internet only achieved with Starlink dishes in Dili, Timor-Leste? Let's say reasonably fast = at least 5 Mbps for download and 2 Mbps for upload. Asking to see if not having Starlink means having a poor Internet connection.

Comment: I have no idea, but your textual analysis is certainly reasonable. I suspect the actual answer is "probably."
