Are there any airlines that sell connecting train tickets via AccesRail?

Are there any airlines that sell connecting train tickets via AccesRail?

Recently I was comparing plane and train prices for a specific route from the city I live to another. The city I live has a small airport that only has regular traffic to Amsterdam, so anything but that destination requires at least one transfer. So, I was surprised to see an itinerary offered by lastminute.com where I would be going to Stockholm at the first part of my journey. Apparently, this website is hooked up to something called "AccesRail" which sells train tickets in connection to plane journeys.

Very cool, but I prefer to not book via third-parties like this. Are there any airlines that offer AccesRail's full inventory like this so I can avoid booking via a third-party website?

(FWIW I'm aware KLM offers Eurostar tickets between e.g. Amsterdam and Brussels and Brussels Airlines offer connections to Cologne with Deutsche Bahn but it doesn't seem like that's via AccesRail given that they are limited to only certain city pairs and operators like this.)

Comment: Many (most?) airlines are quite restrictive on what they sell directly. They'd rather not sell a ticket at all than sell a ticket on a competing airline (even if they don't fly there at all themselves), so they are usually more often in "whitelist" mode (I'll show only a few selected carriers / flights) contrary to OTAs which will sell anything they can find in the GDS. Note however that for some airlines, they can sell more stuff if you call them (or go to a sales desk, wherever that still exists) than online.
